KTX Off-Road


1. Order Processing

All orders placed through KTX Off-Road are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Because we operate as a drop-ship retailer, products are shipped directly from our manufacturer or distributor partners.

Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability and product type.


2. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary by product and manufacturer.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, manufacturer backorders, or supply chain disruptions.

  • KTX Off-Road is not responsible for carrier delays once the item has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.


3. Drop Shipping Disclosure

KTX Off-Road does not stock products in-house. All items are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.

Because of this:

  • Shipping times may vary by product

  • Products may ship separately

  • Return policies may vary by manufacturer


4. Returns

Due to the nature of drop shipping, returns are not guaranteed.

All return requests are:

  • Subject to review

  • Subject to supplier approval

  • At the sole discretion of KTX Off-Road

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

  • Restocking fees may apply

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Custom, special-order, electrical, and installed items are typically non-returnable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

  • Retain all original packaging materials

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The return has been approved

  • The product has been received and inspected (if required by supplier)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier approval.
